What Not to Do After Getting the Implant?

After getting a dental implant, avoid:

Smoking: This can delay healing and increase the risk of implant failure.
Eating Hard or Chewy Foods: Stick to soft foods for the first few days.
Vigorous Rinsing: This could disturb the healing process.
Excessive Physical Activity: Avoid intense physical exertion in the first 48-72 hours.
Follow your dentist’s instructions to ensure optimal healing.
