Where to start!!! MUST READ!! Absolutely amazing, could be one way. From my first interaction with DentArma they explained everything so clearly, made me feel at ease and supported me throughout the process. I went to a consultation in Newcastle, previous experiences with dentists in the UK and my fear for them I was hesitant from the offset. They told me my options, gave me quotes which were fantastic compared to prices I previously received from UK companies. Within 20 minutes of being there, the warmth and genuine care they have for you was reassuring. Jemma who works with DentArma, well when I say asset to a business is an understatement. No question unanswered, any concern dealt with and all with so much urgency to put you at ease. I paid a deposit, booked and went out on my own with so much concerns in mind regarding what my new teeth will look like, have a picked the right clinic etc etc. I spent a week there and spoke to a lot of other patients like me coming through the clinic, everyone commended them on their professionalism, cleanliness of the clinic and how super professional and friendly everyone was. If you're happy they are happy, if not you feel like you have the whole team behind you throughout your treatment until the reach the desired goal. At every step they ensure they keep you as pain free as possible, comfortable during your stay over there in the hotel and you leave with a BIG SMILE! Id probably have to say one of if not the best Customer Service I've ever received, I'm writing this because I feel both DentArma deserve this but you too if your looking to get Dental work done as I know it's worrying to find the right one. Do not hesitate **You can see my Pics on their website, I didn't do before pics as my teeth were horrible. I'm so happy with my results!! Thanks for being amazing DentArma, I'll be recommending you to all my friends and family for sure. Good luck for the future I'll come visit you all soon
