ALTI İMPLANT ( ALL ON 6 ) TEDAVİSİNDE BESLENME NASIL OLMALIDIR?

Altı implant tedavisinden sonra diş hekiminin önerdiği diyete uymak çok önemlidir. Beslenmede dikkat edilmesi gereken noktaları şu şekilde belirtebiliriz: Tedaviden sonraki 1-15 gün içerisinde aşırı sıcak ve soğuk olmamak kaydıyla sıvı ve püre gıdalar tüketilebilir. Makarna, pirinç, balık, yumurta, sebze (ince doğranmış) gibi yumuşak ve orta sıcaklıktaki besinler 15-30 gün içerisinde tüketilebilir. 30-60 günlük süreçte sert olmayan etler, iyi pişmiş sebzeler, fırın yemekleri size uygun olabilir. 2 ay sonra sert gıdalara dikkat edilerek orta derecede çiğneme ile diyetsiz beslenme düzenine geçilmesi mümkündür. Tam olarak diyetsiz bir yaşama dönmek için implantlar yerleştirildikten sonra ortalama 3-6 ay kadar beklemek gerekir.

Altıdakilerin hepsi uygun bakımla 20 yıl veya daha fazla dayanabilir. All on six ve all on 4 diş implantlarının tedavisinde hasta, doktorunun tavsiyelerine uyması, ağız bakımını eksiksiz ve doğru yapması ve düzenli kontrollere gitmesi durumunda implantlarını uzun yıllar sorunsuzca kullanabilir. Hastaların yılda 2-3 kez diş muayenesinden geçmesi gerekmektedir. Düzenli ve doğru ağız ve diş bakımı, implant altındaki altı dişin tamamının ömrünü uzatır.

ALTI DİŞ İMPLANTININ HEPSİ NASIL TEMİZLENİR?

Hasta, Antalya'da altı diş implant tedavisi gördükten sonra ağız ve diş sağlığına büyük önem vermelidir. Diş implantlarının düzenli ve doğru bir şekilde temizlenmesi ve bakımının yapılması gerekir çünkü doğru ve düzenli yapılmayan ağız-diş bakımı ve temizliği implant kaybına neden olabilir. Günde en az iki kez dişlerin ikişer dakika fırçalanması, antibakteriyel gargara kullanılması, diş ipi ve arayüz fırçası kullanılması all on six tedavisinin ömrünü uzatacaktır. İmplantların uzun ömürlü olması için sigara ve asitli içecek kullanımından kaçınmak da önemlidir.
