No, every implant doesn't require teeth bone powder surgery. An additional bone powder surgery is not required, especially in patients who have just had a tooth extraction or whose bone structure is very healthy. In order to determine this, the measurements of the lower and upper jaw bones of the patient should be done meticulously. Otherwise, the implant treatment may fail and the patient will suffer great difficulties. Therefore, the need for dental bone powder surgery should be well analyzed by experienced physicians.
